Post-Mortem Transcriptomic Decay Manifold: C1-Score Framework — Code and Data (GTEx V8)

This repository contains the computational notebooks and supporting data for the paper "Dynamics of the Post-Mortem Transcriptome: A Constrained Manifold Approach to Biological Decay" (Merlini, 2026). Contents:- Notebook 1: C1-Score framework, PCA manifold reconstruction, Lasso regression clock, Shannon entropy analysis, topological robustness (Mantel test)- Notebook 2: Post-mortem network co-expression convergence analysis, null model, Kolmogorov–Smirnov testing The analysis uses publicly available GTEx V8 brain transcriptomic data (dbGaP accession phs000424.v8.p2). All notebooks are fully reproducible and also available on Kaggle (see Related works). Key results: Lasso clock R²=0.924 (MAE=1.39h) on independent validation set; network synchronization Δ|ρ|=+0.057 (Z=4.42, p<0.0001); RIN independence confirmed (r<0.05).
