1. Data Collection: Collect user ID, user consumption and usage-related information.
2. Data Processing: Process the collected raw data by eliminating missing and abnormal data entries.
3. Data Analysis: Adopt the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) model based on the entropy weight method. The target layer is user value, and the indicator layer divides the user value index system into the following four value dimensions:
1) Recency of Usage (T): {≤3 days: 10 points, ≤7 days: 8 points, ≤15 days: 6 points, ≤30 days: 4 points, ≤60 days: 2 points, others: 0 points}
2) Frequency of Usage (P): {≥60 times/month: 10 points, ≥45 times/month: 8 points, ≥30 times/month: 6 points, ≥20 times/month: 4 points, ≥10 times/month: 2 points, others: 0 points}
3) Usage Loyalty (D): {≥12 months: 10 points, ≥10 months: 8 points, ≥8 months: 6 points, ≥6 months: 4 points, ≥2 months: 2 points, others: 0 points}
4) Consumption Level (K): {≥1000 yuan: 10 points, ≥800 yuan: 8 points, ≥500 yuan: 6 points, ≥300 yuan: 4 points, ≥100 yuan: 2 points, others: 0 points}
