This dataset presents the chromatographic retention times, excitation and emission wavelengths for 23 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons with a molecular mass of 302 g/mol in standard reference material 1597a using reversed-phase liquid chromatography (RPLC) and stop-flow room-temperature fluorescence (RTF) spectra. The analysis was performed using an ultimate 3000 Dionex HPLC system (Thermo Scientific, Sunnyvale, California) equipped with a pump, UV absorption and fluorescence detectors, and an online degasser.
