Transcriptomics of Cryptococcus neoformans (H99) resposes to hCMEC/D3

The study aims to investigate the gene expression of C. neoformans (H99) in response to the hCMEC/D3 cell line as a model of the human blood-brain barrier, by comparing the gene expression of H99 under conditions with and without hCMEC/D3, using an RNA sequencing approach.
