Overview This feature service provides a multilayer view of American Community Survey housing characteristics for U.S. states, counties, and census tracts. It combines geographic boundary layers with housing occupancy and housing market indicators, supporting statewide to tract-level exploration of residential conditions. Feature Layers State includes state boundaries and summary housing indicators such as total, occupied, and vacant housing units, owner-occupied and renter-occupied shares, vacancy and homeownership rates, and selected housing cost and value measures. County provides county boundaries with the same housing occupancy, rent, and home value indicators for county-level analysis across the United States. Tract offers census tract boundaries with housing occupancy measures and related rent and home value statistics for detailed local analysis within each county and state. Geographic Coverage The service covers the United States and is delivered in a Web Mercator spatial reference for use in web maps and GIS applications.
