Why Nuclei?
Identifying the nucleus of a cell is the starting point for most analytical workflows, as the majority of the 30 trillion cells in the human body harbor a nucleus filled with DNA—the genetic code that programs every individual cell. Identifying nuclei allows researchers to pinpoint every cell in a sample, and by measuring cellular responses to various treatments, researchers can uncover the underlying biological processes at work.
