Rooftop Fredericton NB Sample

This dataset contains <em>1,498 rooftop samples</em> from the city of Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada. It is designed to support research in roof segmentation, roof geometry extraction, and 3D building reconstruction. The dataset includes:

<li>Orthophoto (7.2 cm resolution): High-resolution RGB aerial imagery.</li>
<li>Normalized Digital Surface Model (nDSM) of rooftops: Derived from LiDAR point clouds (6 p/m2) and resampled to match the resolution of the Orthophoto.</li>
<li>Roof geometrical component masks: single-channel mask images where pixel values represent different roof geometrical components:
<ul>
<li>Pixel values 1–59 represent individual roof planes (each instance has a unique ID).</li>
<li>Pixel value of 70 indicates inlines (e.g., ridges, valleys).</li>
<li>Pixel value of 71 indicates outlines (edges of roof structures).</li>
