该数据资源为海安市发展和改革委员会会同海安市统计局、工业和信息化局在履行节能降耗与绿色发展监测考核职能过程中产生并维护，包含年度，单位GDP能耗等信息，可用于节能目标责任考核、产业转型升级评估等方面。
This data resource is generated and maintained by the Development and Reform Commission of Haian City, in collaboration with the Haian City Statistics Bureau and the Haian City Bureau of Industry and Information Technology when performing the functions of monitoring, evaluating and examining energy conservation, emission reduction and green development. It contains information including annual statistics, energy consumption per unit of GDP and other relevant indicators, and can be applied to energy conservation target responsibility assessment, industrial transformation and upgrading evaluation and other related fields.
