The scCello_ood_celltype_data2 dataset contains gene expression data for single cell types. The features in the dataset include gene expression numbers, gene token IDs, cell dataset IDs, cell disease types, cell assay IDs, donor local IDs, cell type ontologies, cell types, cell tissues, cell tissue ontologies, cell development stages, cell counts, and sequence lengths. The dataset is split into a training set with a total of 435,791 examples.
