This dataset is an IPDS benchmark developed from the MIMIC-IV database. It contains 51,274 patient cases from nine triage departments, covering 17 major disease categories and 16 standardized treatment regimens. This dataset supports comprehensive assessments of hospital admission pathways, and facilitates the analysis of the performance of various large language models in clinical settings. The tasks included in this dataset span clinical decision-making processes such as triage, diagnosis, and treatment throughout hospital admission pathways.
