An investigation into resistance emergence after treatment of aztreonam and/or tobramycin on the Pseudomonas aeruginosa cystic fibrosis isolate CW13 which is a hypermutator strain. Hypermutator strains can rapidly develop resistance to a range of antibiotics via an increased rate of mutation of the genome.
