R source code. This is a compressed (.zip) file with data and R codes for reproducing the results. There is a file called Readme.txt that explains the contents of six files. Two files contain the two real data sets. The R code for computing IPM for RF-CART and CIT-RF is available in one file. The R code for each of the simulations is available in another file, while the other two files contain the R codes for each application to real data. (ZIP 43 kb)
