The purpose of this research is to determine the factors that cause the differences in oocyte aging in transcriptional level using mouse as animal model. There are 3 groups of samples: young oocyte, middle-age oocyte, and older oocyte. Comparisons were performed between each group in pairs. The differentially expressed genes were used to perform functional study to investigate the related ontologies and pathways.
