IO3 panel target and reagent details

A list of target analytes and assay reagents in the IO3 assay panel. Gene symbol pertains to the gene product targeted by the assay. The target peptide sequence shows the analyte peptide sequence. Modifications are noted in brackets, +16 corresponds to oxidation, +114 corresponds to ubiquitination, +79 corresponds to phosphorylation. Extended peptide sequences show the sequence used for heavy stable isotope-labeled internal standards. CPTAC Antibody Portal IDs are used for lookup of additional images and antibody characterization data on antibodies.cancer.gov. CPTAC Assay Portal IDs are used for lookup of characterization data on assays.cancer.gov. Literature references support relevance to immuno-oncology for analytes targeted in the assay.
