Stephenson Covid-19 PBMC 2021 BCR

Dataset published by Stephenson et al. 2021, which contains transcriptome sequencing for over 750,000 Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMC) from 130 patients in the context of Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). <br> The dataset was chosen as an example of a large-scale single cell dataset including VDJ-Sequencing, that is well known to the community. It contains over 150,000 B-Cells and 200,000 T-Cells with IR annotation, that we will regard in this analysis tutorial. <br> The dataset available under this link contains the BCR part.
