This dataset contains raw insertion torque (IT), implant stability quotient (ISQ), and pullout strength (POS) measurements from an in vitro mechanical study of five alveolar bone fixation screws (S1-S5). Screws were tested in solid rigid polyurethane foam blocks (20, 30, and 50 PCF densities) simulating the recipient bone site, and in a 50 PCF foam sheet simulating block graft fixation. Testing followed ASTM F543 and ASTM F1839-08 standards. Data support the research article "Mechanical stability of alveolar bone fixation screws: An in vitro study" submitted to the Journal of the Mechanical Behavior of Biomedical Materials.
