资源简介：
本数据集基于MODIS卫星影像提取巢湖区域，然后进行去云、几何校正处理，利用本所研究成果（反演模型），提取巢湖的蓝藻水华分布，value值为藻华每个像元的百分比。
数据集为巢湖藻华时空分布数据集（2025年），包含了249个tif栅格文件，可查询湖内任意点的具体水华反演值信息。数据命名格式为CH_year_mm_dd_FAC.tif。
This dataset is generated by first extracting the Chaohu Lake region from MODIS satellite imagery, then performing cloud removal and geometric correction. Leveraging the inversion model developed by our institute, we extract the spatial distribution of cyanobacterial harmful algal blooms (CHABs) in Chaohu Lake, where the pixel value represents the percentage of algal bloom coverage within each individual pixel. This is the Spatiotemporal Distribution Dataset of Algal Blooms in Chaohu Lake (2025), which consists of 249 TIFF raster files. Users can retrieve the specific inversion value of algal blooms at any arbitrary point within the lake. The standardized file naming convention follows the format: CH_year_mm_dd_FAC.tif.
