In order to screen for CaMKIIβ binding lncRNAs, we performed a RIP-seq analysis on mouse hippocampus. Potential CaMKIIβ binding RNAs are identified through differential expression analysis between CaMKIIβ RIP-seq results and the control groups, IgG and input. Differentially expressed genes are subsequently filtered by biotype and expression level. Overall design: RIP assay is performed with CaMKIIβ (Cell Signaling Technology, 12716) and IgG (Cell Signaling Technology, I8140) antibodies. The resulting RNA is extracted and deep-sequenced. The data include three CaMKIIβ replicates, three IgG replicates and two replicates of input RNA expression levels.
