This is a methane emission detection dataset designed for methane emission classification and segmentation tasks. Each sample includes data from the leak day, 90 days before the leak, and 365 days before the leak, along with the corresponding plume mask and binary label. The dataset was created by integrating data from CarbonMapper and Sentinel-2, and underwent preprocessing steps including reprojection, resizing, and cropping. Each sample is formatted as a 32x32 pixel patch, which has been shown to yield the best performance for the intended tasks in experiments.
