This dataset includes raw and processed data supporting the manuscript titled "Exercise Enhances Radio Sensitivity in Colon Cancer Models Through Epigenetic Pathway Modulation". Files include tumor volume data, body weight data, statistical outputs, Western blot raw images, and experimental procedure images (Supplementary Tables S1–S4 and Supplementary Figures S1–S2). These data were generated as part of an animal experiment evaluating exercise as a radiosensitizer in colon cancer models and its epigenetic mechanisms.
