Effects of reduced hydraulic retention time and self-induced mixing on two-stage anaerobic digestion utilizing acidogenic off-gas

To demonstrate the role of acidogenic off-gas utilization in improving the efficiency of two-stage anaerobic digestion systems, the effects of hydraulic retention time and methanogenic self-induced mixing were investigated.
