The compressed package includes the codes of Geographical Convergent Cross Mapping (GCCM) model written in R and the data of four case studies. The GCCM is propsed for spatial causation inference with spatial cross-sectional data by using dynamical systems theory and generalized embedding theory. It can identify and measure the strength of causal associations based on cross-mapping prediction in the phase space, which is built by embeddings of spatial observations.
