PHBV/PBAT bilayer films biodegradation assays using soil as inoculum. The biodegradation was determined by CO2 production using a titration method, The biodegradation of the bilayer was observed. The soil microorganisms capable of degrading PHBV were isolated in a specific media and identified by 16S and ITS DNA sequencing.
