该接口为大庆市数据中心在履行政务数据共享职责过程中，依托大庆市数据共享交换平台开发形成，具备查询大庆市范围内全社会用电量统计信息及用电动态等功能，主要用于经济分析、能耗管控、政策制定及能源调度等场景。
This interface was developed by the Daqing Municipal Data Center while fulfilling its official responsibilities for government data sharing, based on the Daqing Municipal Data Sharing and Exchange Platform. It provides functions including querying statistical information on total social electricity consumption and real-time electricity dynamics within the jurisdiction of Daqing City, and is mainly applied in scenarios such as economic analysis, energy consumption control, policy formulation, and energy dispatch.
