QIIME2 artifacts and bioinformatic workflow for the jejunal microbiota of laying Japanese quail supplemented with Amazonian oils

This repository contains the QIIME2 artifacts, metadata, bioinformatic scripts, and analysis files supporting the study Plant-derived antimicrobial growth promoters: Effects of Amazonian oils on the jejunal microbiota and performance of Japanese quail (Coturnix coturnix japonica). Raw 16S rRNA sequencing data are available in a separate repository.
