The Time-Travel Evidence Lab: temporal-spine reproducibility package (delegation-revocation drift, real EU trusted-list status replay, dependency closure)

Reproducibility package backing the figures of "Replaying Action-Time Authorization Status for Reproducible Verification of AI-Agent Actions: The Time-Travel Evidence Lab" (submitted to Computers & Security). Contains three experiments: delegation-revocation drift (synthetic), a real-artifact action-time vs review-time status replay over the published Estonian EU Trusted List (ETSI TS 119 612, SHA-256 pinned), and dependency closure; plus the standards-adapter checks and the public-corpus provenance. Single deterministic entry point scripts/verify-paper.sh, no network access at verification time. This package is scoped to the paper's temporal spine and deliberately excludes two single-point-in-time harnesses (receipt-crosswalk, freshness) reported in a separate submission.
