Zipped folder containing raw and processed data for 'Environmental perturbation increases gene expression variability and unmasks genetic regulation for transcriptional robustnes'. The new data generated here is genomic and transcriptomic data for 1000 outbred flies fed a control diet and another 1000 fed a diet that is stressful.
