Understanding the physical processes behind the generation of fog at Perth Airport

Fog is a very challenging weather phenomenon to predict as local fog processes are often not well observed or understood. This thesis aims to improve our understanding of the physical processes behind the generation of fog at Perth Airport and to assess the weather model's capabilities to simulate these processes.
