We found two DNA binding proteins, CRP and PepA, associate at the membrane. This study was performed to determine if their interaction affects transcription activity.. To determine the transcriptional regulation by CRP and PepA in V. cholerae C6706 we performed RNAseq in WT, Δcrp, ΔpepA, and ΔcrpΔpepA mutants.
