This dataset is generated by the Municipal Water Affairs Bureau during the performance of its following functions: 1) organizing the compilation of construction plans for the city's main, branch and trunk sewage pipelines and domestic sewage treatment facilities; 2) organizing the formulation of annual construction plans for sewage pipe networks and sewage treatment facilities; 3) organizing and promoting the construction of sewage facility projects; 4) being responsible for reviewing the preliminary technical plans for the construction of urban sewage facility projects.
