Mouse cardiac outflow tract single-cell RNA-seq of Pdgfr-DKO and control groups

We have performed large-scale single-cell transcriptomic sequencing of mouse cardiac outflow tract, a major hotspot for human congenital heart diseases, between Pdgfr-DKO and control groups. Our results provided an OFT cell profile at the septation stage and cytological and molecular changes after Pdgfr knockout in CNCCs, which indicated that the disturbance of cell differentiation led to the failure of septal-bridge construction, might answer for PTA malformation.
