This dataset contains case handling information for the initial review and approval of sea area use rights in Dongguan City since 2020. Relevant work is carried out in accordance with the "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of Sea Area Use" and the "Regulations on the Administration of Sea Area Use of Guangdong Province", and official procedures are conducted for eligible applications.
This dataset is formed by aggregating and standardizing the case acceptance information, case result information, case correction information and special procedure information backflowed from the city's integrated government service platform, in accordance with relevant specifications and practical requirements.
The main data items include case number, local basic code, local implementation code, business handling item code, item name, applicant name and applicant type.
