Summary: Localisation and documentation of the sports infrastructure within the territory of the city of Antwerp. Purpose: The geo-layer shows the exact location of the sports infrastructure and can be used in function of spatial analyses in combination with other information: distribution, environmental analyses, accessibility. The sports infrastructure is divided according to the following type: outdoor sports, indoor sports and neighborhood sports The inventory was drawn up by the urban sports service. It contains all the city-managed sports infrastructure, concessioned infrastructure and private infrastructure. Due to the strongly changed context, the latter may be less complete. Each facility has a lowest level (Lgste_Niv) and a highest level (Hgste_Niv) of range/radiation. The following levels are covered: neighbourhood (400m), district (800m), district (district or postcode), urban (for the whole city), city region, national or international. GrondOpp is the land area of the plot. SportOpp is the net area of the sports halls or swimming pools. Capa_Zit is the maximum seating capacity and Capa_Staan is the maximum standing capacity of the facility. These values are not yet known. Measured opp is the net sports surface.
