Lactylome profiling of myocardial infarction under high-fat diet-induced metabolic stress

This dataset contains raw mass spectrometry data generated for LC-MS/MS-based lysine lactylation profiling in experimental models of myocardial infarction under high-fat diet-induced metabolic stress. The lactylomics data were generated from mouse cardiac tissues and/or related immune cell populations to characterize changes in protein lysine lactylation associated with myocardial injury, lipid-associated metabolic stress, immune cell activation, inflammatory remodeling, and potential therapeutic intervention in cardiovascular disease. Sample metadata, file descriptions, processed quantification tables, and search parameter information are provided to facilitate data reuse and interpretation.
