The single-cell sequencing results of organoid tissue from one case of pulmonary lymphangioleiomyomatosis (LAM)

Through single-cell RNA sequencing of pulmonary lymphangioleiomyomatosis (LAM) organoid samples, the main cell types in its organoid model were identified, and different pathway enrichments were discovered across distinct cell clusters. This study explores the pathogenesis and drug resistance mechanisms of pulmonary lymphangioleiomyomatosis.
