Datasets for manuscript: Shadow Mask Fabrication of Microdevices Using Nail Polish Submicron Fibers

Nail-polish microfibers drawn from commercially available nail polish using a copper wire loop serve as effective shadow masks for resist-free microfabrication of 2D material devices. This dataset provides the raw numerical data underlying the device characterisation figures in the manuscript, as well as a video demonstration of the fabrication process. No proprietary software is required to open the data files (.xlsx format).
