资源简介:
Public description: Trifoliate orange (Poncirus trifoliata L. Raf) is a common citrus rootstock used in citrus cultivation. It has shallow-root and few root hairs and thus is highly dependent on arbuscular mycorrhizae fungi (AMF). In general, root hair growth is strongly affected by numerous environmental factors including arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF). Studies had shown that AM fungi can regulate the root morphology of citrus, but it is not clear whether it can regulate root hair growth, which is essential for the regulation the root system of citrus. In order to classify the genes involved in root hair growth and root system architecture, RNA-Seq method was used in the present study. Combining physiological mechanisms are to investigate the function of related genes on AMF modulating root development.
