Interactions between Balantidium ctenopharyngodoni and intestinal microbiota (PRJCA017721)

More and more studies focusing on relationships between parasites and microbiota conclude that infection with parasite was significantly correlated with the composition and diversity of fecal microbiome. We investigated the microbial composition in the hindgut of grass carp infected with Balantidium ctenopharyngodoni, as well as the changes of metabolites in intestinal contents.
