Stress related factors to work design across 5 levels namely psychological, physical, social, organizational and empowerment have been measured through the Likert scale. The night shift and day shift workers of a case organization (50 each) have been measured for perception towards work stress. The value of 1 stands for strongly disagree, 2 for disagree, 3 for neutral, 4 for agree and 5 stands for strongly agree.
