Transcriptional regulation of Activin A during ovarian development in the Japanese eel

To evaluate the potential and efficacy of Activin A as an adjuvant during hormonal induction of Japanese eel, a controlled experiment was conducted. All fish received weekly intramuscular injections to induce ovarian development. The experimental group received weekly co-injections of gonadotropin analogs and Activin A, while the control group received gonadotropin analogs alone.
