This dataset includes the following preprocessed data used in the study "Autism excitation-inhibition imbalance linked to brain hyperconnectivity: An analysis based on 657 autistic subjects" (https://doi.org/10.1101/2022.07.14.500131): <br> <strong>- "demo_data.xlsx": </strong>It contains the cohort and institution IDs, subject IDs, group ids (TDC/ASD), age, and sex. <br> <strong>- "harmonized_connectivity_2D.tsv": </strong>Connectivity entries in 2D format, such that columns correspond to a particular connectivity entry out of the all the 3321 (from Desikan atlas) and each row corresponds to a particular subject.
