Data for publication: Effective Mg Incorporation in CdMgO Alloy on Quartz Substrate Grown by Plasma-assisted MBE

Research data related to the publication "Effective Mg Incorporation in CdMgO Alloy on Quartz Substrate Grown by Plasma-assisted MBE" The measurement results were obtained during the implementation of a research project that received financial support from the National Science Center as part of the PRELUDIUM competition with registration number: 2021/41/N/ST5/00812 and OPUS competition with registration number: 2021/41/B/ST5/00216. The data was collected at the Institute of Physics, PAS, Warsaw. The results related to the publications are described in the odt file. The experimental technique is also described in the file.The results that are described in this file contain information about structural (X-ray diffraction), elemental (EDS spectra and elemental mapping), surface morphology (atomic force microscopy-AFM), and optical (UV-Visible spectroscopy) investigations of the CdMgO alloys grown using the plasma-assisted molecular beam epitaxy (PA-MBE) technique.
