ECOD

ECOD is a hierarchical classification of protein domains according to their evolutionary relationships. Only proteins with experimentally determined spatial structures from the PDB database are currently classified in ECOD.ECOD是基于进化关系对蛋白质结构域进行层级分类的系统。目前，仅收录来自PDB（Protein Data Bank）数据库、经实验测定获得空间结构的蛋白质作为ECOD的分类对象。
