Host-Stratified DRACH Motif Atlas of MERS-CoV Comparing Human and Non-Human Genomic Landscapes
收藏资源简介:
This dataset provides the genome-wide map of m6A-associated DRACH motifs across 663 MERS-CoV genomes, stratified by host origin: 272 human and 391 non-human (camel/bat) isolates. It includes per-genome DRACH counts, positions, sequences, and density (motifs/kb) for five key regions: 5′ UTR, ORF1ab, Spike (S), Nucleocapsid (N), and 3′ UTR. Key finding: human-adapted strains show elevated DRACH density in the N gene (+5.5 motifs/kb), while non-human isolates retain higher density in the 3′ UTR (+12.9 motifs/kb) revealing host-driven divergence in RNA modification landscapes. Files generated as 10 TSV files (gene × host) and summary statistics, enabling comparative studies of coronavirus epitranscriptomic evolution. Data processed and curation by: TahirHB@Hotmail.com
