Comparison of Corynebacterium glutamicum ATCC 13032 + pEKEx2-malR with ATCC 13032 + pEKEx2

Investigation of the impact of an overexpression of malR (cg3315) on gene expression under standard conditions (CGXII-Glucose) To identify genes which are differentially expressed in Corynebacterium glutamicum ATCC13032 pEKEx2-malR in comparison to the empty vector control ATCC13032 pEKEx2 , DNA microarray analyses with these strains were performed. For this purpose RNA was isolated from cells cultivated in CGXII minimal medium with 2% glucose (w/v) and harvested after 4 hours of incubation. Three biological replicates were performed.
