Single-cell RNA-seq & single-cell ATAC-seq profiling of spleens from myelofibrosis patients

This record provides Seurat objects containing single-cell RNA-seq and scATAC-seq profiling of spleens of patients with myelofibrosis, as well as non-cancerous spleens and normal bone marrow. Metadata includes: celltype.l1 (broad celltype) celltype.l2 (granular celltype, available for HSPCs and T/NK cells) sample tissue (NC = non-cancerous spleen, MF = myelofibrotic spleen, BM = normal bone marrow)
