Jianqu, the representative product of traditional Chinese medicine fermentation, can digest food accumulated in the abdomen and strengthen the spleen and stomach. Natural microorganisms have a great influence on the quality of Jianqu. In this regard, we used high throughput sequencing technology to analyze the diversity of fungal communities in Jianqu fermentation process, which provided the basis of dominant strains for Jianqu fermentation.
