Curated sequences. A fasta file containing the final set of 41,291 nucleotide sequences used in compositional analysis. These are identified as coding regions and do not contain UTRs.
Pre-curation sequences. A fasta file containing the initial set of nucleotide sequences that was filtered through selection of robust clades and other steps (see methods and legend for File S4 above)
