2004-2005年第三次死因回顾抽样调查数据数据库是中国疾病预防控制中心组织实施的全国性死因调查数据库，收集了2004-2005年全国160个疾病监测点的死因信息，包括死亡情况、人口资料及社会经济、文化、卫生服务等数据。该数据库旨在摸清我国城乡居民以癌症为重点的全死因死亡率及死因构成，掌握主要癌症死亡率的地区与人群分布特征，为国家制定癌症防治策略提供依据。数据库按照ICD-10标准确定根本死因并编码，为建立健全肿瘤登记系统及研究重点疾病与相关危险因素的关系奠定基础。The Third National Retrospective Sampling Survey on Causes of Death (2004-2005) Database is a national cause-of-death survey database organized and implemented by the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). It collects cause-of-death information from 160 national disease surveillance sites during 2004-2005, including mortality data, demographic information, as well as socio-economic, cultural, and health service-related data. This database aims to clarify the all-cause mortality rate and cause-of-death composition among urban and rural residents in China, with cancer as the core focus, and to grasp the regional and population distribution characteristics of major cancer mortality, so as to provide scientific evidence for the formulation of national cancer prevention and control strategies. The database identifies and encodes underlying causes of death in accordance with the ICD-10 standards, laying a solid foundation for the establishment and improvement of the cancer registry system and the research on the association between key diseases and their relevant risk factors.
