C. elegans tissue after diet that includes nuclear and cystolic derived bovine thymus extract

This study explores the effects of bovine derived thymus protomorphogen extracts added to c. elegans diet over their lifespan. We investigate the effects of life span, aging and immune response through changes in gene expression. Overall design: C. elegan gene expression was measured after the L4 stage under 4 diferent experimental supplement conditons (control, Dessicated Thymus extract, Cytoplamsic Thymus Gland Extract and Nuclear Thymus Gland Extract)
